Associated Accounts: The Instagram account @utsavmkj and the email account utsavmkj08@gmail.com were created, administered, and maintained by the third-party registrant from 2020 to 2025. This did not constitute ownership or transfer of administrative rights. The Instagram account @utsavmkj carries an explicit disclaimer in its biography confirming it is not owned by Utsav Mukherjee.

Authorship: The domain owner maintains the platform but makes no claim to the authorship of individual content pieces. The roles of Registrant and Content Provider remain legally distinct.

The communication made false claims of criminal account takeover, contained personally abusive language directed at the Registrant, and referenced threats involving third parties. The sender used a purpose-created anonymous account with no public profile or verifiable identity.
